Solutions & Implementation
Competitor Analysis – Researched indirect competitors to identify market gaps and opportunities, as there were no direct competitors at the time.
Defining Uniqueness – Established our unique value proposition: free credits for complex prompts, a free trial, and a curated selection of art styles.
Clickable Prototype – Built an interactive prototype to validate the user flow and test core assumptions early.
CustDev & Iteration – Conducted user interviews, gathered feedback, and refined the prototype based on real user insights.
Post-Launch Analysis & Design Review – Monitored performance, gathered data, and conducted design reviews to inform future iterations.
