Emproving Checkout Page.
How We Reduced the Number of Steps.
An outdated checkout page contributed to declining sales.
I conducted a thorough analysis to identify potential improvements. Below is the 'before' version of the page, along with my notes on what could be improved.

Solution:
Reduced the number of steps and pages. All checkout process, including payment, is now on a one page.
Improved user retention by keeping customers on the page. Instead of navigating away, users now see popups for sections like 'About Us' and 'Payment and Delivery', reducing distractions and keeping them focused on completing their order.
Removed the '10-minute delivery' message from the checkout page — it didn’t build trust. We moved it to the post-purchase screen (success page), where it works better as a confirmation.
I replaced outdated payment methods with a 'Support Center' button. It is helpful for users and helped build trust.
All payment methods are now visible on the right side of the page.
I looked at how other online stores show prices and simplified ours. Before, we showed three numbers — old price, new price, and how much you save. It was confusing. Now we keep it simple: just old price and new price.
New checkout paget:

Popups instead of moving people out of checkout page:
Improved user retention by keeping customers on the page. Instead of navigating away, users now see popups for sections like 'About Us' and 'Payment and Delivery', reducing distractions and keeping them focused on completing their order.
